APSNA 2026 Grant Applications Now Open
The American Pediatric Surgical Nurses Association (APSNA) is excited to announce that applications are now open for 2026 Grants and Awards. These opportunities are designed to support APSNA members who demonstrate a commitment to professional development, innovation, and research in pediatric surgical nursing.
Award recipients will be celebrated during the 2026 APSNA Business Meeting.
Available Grants and Awards:
- Educational Grant – $1,450 →
Supports educational pursuits that reflect APSNA’s mission, vision, and values.
Application period: November 1 – February 28, 2026 - Research Grant – $1,450 →
Assists with the development of research projects focused on the clinical care of pediatric surgical patients.
Application period: November 1 – February 28, 2026 - Foster WOCN Grant – $1,946 →
Provides assistance to members pursuing further education in wound, ostomy, and continence care.
Applications accepted year-round through December 31, 2025 - Innovation Award – $500 →
Recognizes innovative ideas, techniques, or processes that advance pediatric surgical nursing practice.
Application period: November 1 – February 28, 2026
Award amounts are reviewed annually and are based on the performance of the scholarship and award funds, as recommended by APSNA’s Certified Financial Planner.
