The APSNA exhibit program is developed to give exhibitors optimum contact with the leaders in pediatric surgical nursing. The exhibit area offers you maximum exposure and quality time with this influential market. To promote exhibit floor traffic, an opening reception, lunch, breaks, and posters will all be held in proximity to the exhibit hall. APSNA is proud to offer several ways to advertise with our organization. We accept advertisements for our web site (Calendar/Event, Career Opportunities and Vendor), our Mailing List and/or for our quarterly publication, Journal of Pediatric Surgical Nursing (formerly Sutureline). How to Order: 1. Please download and complete the appropriate request form and e-mail it to the: a.) APSNA Information Systems Chair: •Calendar/Event Advertisement Request •Mailing List Purchase Request •Career Opportunity Advertisement Request b) APSNA Development Chair: •Journal of Pediatric Surgical Nursing Advertisement Request •Vendor Website Advertisement Request 2. An electronic copy of your advertisement is also sent to the APSNA Information Systems Chair. All advertising is pending approval of APSNA, based on the following criteria: •The organization/company's products, service, mission or purpose for advertising shall not conflict with APSNA's mission and purpose. •The organization/company's promotional materials shall not imply or state an endorsement by APSNA unless such endorsement has been secured. Once we approve your advertisement or mailing, you will receive an invoice. There are two payment options, credit card transaction via a secure payment link, or by check. Credit card transaction is preferred. Both options are remitted to the APSNA Treasurer. If paying by check, please see application for the APSNA Treasurer’s postal address. We require 2 weeks from the receipt of your payment to process your request - but this is often accomplished much quicker.
