E-mail Mail List Usage:
Purchase of the APSNA e-maillist is valid for one time use and shall not be duplicated, reproduced or transferred without written authorization from APSNA.
Membership E-Mail Blast Design Guidelines:
We recommend you provide your e-mail as an HTML file, along with desired subject line. Please do not send the email content as one image, jpg or pdf; it is often viewed as spam and the success rate of delivery will decrease.
If you do not have the capability to create an HTML email, APSNA can assist in creating a basic email for you. Email creation will be limited to two rounds of changes. You must provide all content, images and logos you would like included. Please keep graphics to 600 pixels or less.
You will also need to supply a subject line.
Tips: Due to the wide array of browsers, web mail, devices and email clients available today, APSNA will strive to meet the provided design and email look/feel, but cannot offer 100% assurance of that success.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide accurate content at the time of submission. Content and design will be considered final upon APSNA approval and additional blasts will not be sent due to content error.
The fee for the APSNA member e-mail list service will be $1000 for a one-time use. All fees are nonrefundable.
