2025 Annual Scientific Conference

It is our privilege and pleasure to invite you to APSNA’s 34th Annual Scientific Conference.

The conference is being held April 2, 2025, and concluding on April 4, 2025, at the Grand Hyatt in Washington DC, USA.

At the 34th Annual Scientific Conference, the Program Committee will showcase the growth and future state of pediatric surgical nursing. The conference is intended for a dynamic, growing body of members representing various nursing roles including bedside nurses, operating room nurses, clinic nurses, advanced practice nurses, nurse managers, and nurse educators.

Attendees will benefit from a wide range of topics and faculty presenting on original evidence-based, research findings as well as on innovative ideas for successful approaches to clinical application of pediatric surgical nursing.

  • For those registrants needing Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits, a CME processing fee will be charged in addition to the annual conference registration fee. If you need a CME certificate, be sure to add this to your conference registration before finalizing. CME certificate purchases must be made before the annual conference.

FOR THOSE REGISTERING FOR THE ANNUAL CONFERENCE, EVALUATIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR COMPLETION UNTIL May 5, 2025.

Housing and Travel Information:

The Grand Hyatt, Washington DC, offers an exceptional venue for the 2025 APSNA Conference.

The Grand Hyatt is a luxury hotel located in Washington D.C., centrally located close to attractions such as the National Mall, Smithsonian Museums, National Mall, and other iconic sites shopping and nightlife. The hotel provides a direct connection to the Metro allowing access to all of the attractions in Washington D.C.

Sleeping rooms have been blocked for the American Pediatric Surgical Nurses Association at the Grand Hyatt Washington for April 2-5 at a rate of $324.00 plus taxes and destination fees for single or double occupancy. Sleeping rooms can be reserved online by visiting Grand Hyatt Washington Room Block (Code: G-APSN) or by calling the hotel directly at 202.582.1234 identifying yourself with the APSNA room block. Rooms and rates are based on availability and subject to state and local fees/taxes. Conference attendees are encouraged to make their travel arrangements early.
