The American Pediatric Surgical Nurses Association, Inc. (APSNA) is proud to offer several sponsorship opportunities to maximize exposure. Sponsorship allows you to reach specifically targeted niche market without any waste.
We will provide your organization access to influential and powerful members in the pediatric surgical healthcare community. Through our unique online, print and direct access, your organization can reach specifically targeted niche market of key decision makers.
All sponsorship opportunities require the approval of APSNA, based on the following criteria:
- Your organization/company's products, service, mission or purpose shall not conflict with APSNA's mission and purpose.
- The organization/company's promotional materials shall not imply or state an endorsement by APSNA unless such endorsement has been secured.
We require 2 weeks from the receipt of your payment to process your request - but this is often accomplished much quicker. If you have any questions about an order or this policy, please contact us.

Postal Mailing List
Postal Mail List Content:
Postal Mail lists that are shared with other organizations or companies will consist of the proper names and postal mailing addresses of active members of APSNA. Under no circumstances will phone numbers or e-mail addresses be provided. APSNA MUST approve in advance any requested postal mail list order form. APSNA reserves the right to refuse any submitted postal mailing list order form request.
APSNA does not provide the e-mail address or telephone numbers of conference attendees as part of the postal mailing list.
Mailing List Format:
APSNA will provide the postal addresses of each member whose membership is in good standing order with the APSNA organization. A spreadsheet in a common Microsoft Excel format will be provided with the most up-to-date and complete information as provided by the individual member, within their profile. Pre-formatted or printed labels of the postal addresses are not provided.
The fee for the APSNA postal mail list will be $500 for a one-time use.
Member E-Mail List Design Guidelines:
Please provide the subject line you would like to use. Please do not send the email content to APSNA as one image, jpg or pdf; it is often viewed as spam and the success rate of delivery will decrease. You can provide the text/content (and a logo or image) and we will create a basic email for you. Provided images and logos should be jpegs no wider than 600 pixels. If possible, provide to us the HTML source code.
Tips: Do not define the width or design within a table. Use inline styles set to the table or cell level; do not rely on span or div tags, because many desktop email clients will strip those out. Due to the wide array of browsers, web mail, devices and email clients available today, APSNA will strive to meet the provided design and email look/feel, but cannot offer 100% assurance of that success.
The fee for the APSNA member e-mail list service will be $1000 for a one-time use.

For opportunities in the Journal of Pediatric Surgical Nursing contact Heather Landesman, office 646-674-6515, cell 646-599-7815.
