The American Pediatric Surgical Nurses Association (APSNA) will make available its membership mailing list based on the following policies:

 

Mailing List Content:
Mailing lists that are shared with other organizations or companies will consist of names and mailing addresses of active members of APSNA. At no time will phone numbers or e-mail addresses be shared with non-APSNA members without specific consent of the member.

 

Corporate Sponsors
and Conference Exhibitors:
Corporate sponsors and conference exhibitors will be provided a list of all annual conference registrants and their mailing addresses unless the registrant has specifically indicated on the conference registration form that they do not want their mailing information shared. This information is to be used solely for the purpose of sponsor/exhibitor follow-up with conference attendees. Sponsors and exhibitors are prohibited from sharing this list with other organizations or parties.

 

Other Organizations/Companies:
Organizations/companies which are interested in contacting APNSA members regarding educational opportunities or product promotion may purchase the APSNA mailing list for one-time use per order.

 

Ordering
Requests for mailing lists can be sent directly to the Development chair via the APSNA website. The APSNA Policy for Mailing Lists will be posted on the website and the requesting organization/company will acknowledge full compliance with this policy at the time of the request. A sample of the piece to be mailed to the membership is to accompany each request for the mailing list.

 

Acceptance of Order:
The APSNA Development Chair and at least 2/3 of the APSNA Executive Committee will approve the release of the mailing list based on the following criteria:

  • The organization/company's products, service, mission, or purpose for mailing shall not conflict with APSNA's mission and purpose.
  • The organization/company's promotional materials shall not imply or state an endorsement by APSNA unless such endorsement has been secured.

List Usage:
Purchase of the APSNA mailing list is valid for one time use and shall not be duplicated, reproduced or transferred without written authorization from APSNA.

 

Fee Schedule:
The fee for the APSNA mailing list will be a base of $50.00 plus $0.25 per name.

 

Mailing List Format:
Mailing lists will be e-mailed to the organization purchasing the list in an Excel spreadsheet format.

 

Payment:
Payment is due upon confirmation from the Development Chair that the order has been approved and prior to the mailing list being sent. Payment can be made by check or credit card. Mailing lists will be sent within 2 weeks of receipt of payment.
