APSNA is proud to offer several ways to advertise with our organization. We accept advertisements for our web site (Calendar/Event, Career Opportunities and Vendor), our Mailing List and/or for our quarterly publication, Sutureline.
How to Order:
To place an order, please download and complete the appropriate request form and e-mail it to the APSNA Information Systems Chair. You must also send an electronic copy of your advertisement to the APSNA Information Systems Chair.
All advertising is pending approval of APSNA, based on the following criteria:
- The organization/company's products, service, mission or purpose for advertising shall not conflict with APSNA's mission and purpose.
- The organization/company's promotional materials shall not imply or state an endorsement by APSNA unless such endorsement has been secured.
Once we approve your advertisement or mailing, you will receive an invoice. Please remit your payment (Checks preferred, MasterCard and Visa also accepted) and a copy of the invoice directly to the APSNA Treasurer. We require 2 weeks from the receipt of your payment to process your request. If you have any questions about an order or this policy, you may contact the APSNA Information Systems Chair.

Advertise your company or event on APSNA’s publicly viewed “Events” page. Calendar postings may be linked back to a web page or brochure on your site. Please provide a brief description of the offering to be posted on the calendar and a copy of any brochure (in PDF format) to be linked.
Fee Schedule:
The fee for Calendar Postings is $100 per event.

APSNA’s web site is an excellent place to reach the people you want to hire. Our Career Ads page is available to the general public as well as our membership.
Sizing and Format of Career Advertisement:
Career ads may be one full page (Standard letter size document). A one line position title should accompany the description of the Career Opportunity. Please deliver the final document in Microsoft Word format.
Fee Schedule:
The fee for Career Postings is $300 position for a 3-month posting.

APSNA offers banner and text advertisements on almost all of our web pages. We require the "go-live" date and the "remove ad" date for accurate statistical tracking. If requested, your online banner ad can link to your web site via a pop-up link to the web page you supply as a "landing strip” or destination page.
Sizing and Format of Online Advertisement:
Vendor advertisements use standard web banners which are 468 pixels wide by 60 pixels tall (1” X 6”). Choose an image that is equal to these dimensions. If your image is less than these dimensions, it will be stretched to fit or modified by the web team for optimal delivery. Please deliver the final ad in JPEG or GIF format. The maximum digital file size is 40KB.

The fee for Vendor Ads is $500 for 3 months per banner ad.

The American Pediatric Surgical Nurses Association (APSNA) will make available its membership mailing list based on the following policies:
Mailing List Content:
Mailing lists that are shared with other organizations or companies will consist of names and mailing addresses of active members of APSNA. At no time will phone numbers or e-mail addresses be shared with non-APSNA members.
Corporate Sponsors
and Conference Exhibitors:
Corporate sponsors and conference exhibitors will be provided a list of all annual conference registrants and their mailing addresses. This information is to be used solely for the purpose of sponsor/exhibitor follow-up with conference attendees. Sponsors and exhibitors are prohibited from sharing this list with other organizations or parties.
Other Organizations/Companies:
Organizations/companies which are interested in contacting APNSA members regarding educational opportunities or product promotion may purchase the APSNA mailing list for one-time use per order.
Acceptance of Order:
The APSNA Policy for Mailing Lists is posted on the website (Click here to view Mailing List Policy) and the requesting organization/company will acknowledge full compliance with this policy at the time of the request. The APSNA Information Systems Chair will approve the release of the mailing list based on the following criteria:
- The organization/company's products, service, mission, or purpose for mailing shall not conflict with APSNA's mission and purpose.
- The organization/company's promotional materials shall not imply or state an endorsement by APSNA unless such endorsement has been secured.
List Usage:
Purchase of the APSNA mailing list is valid for one time use and shall not be duplicated, reproduced or transferred without written authorization from APSNA.
Mailing List Format:
Mailing lists will be e-mailed to the organization purchasing the list in an Excel spreadsheet format.
Fee Schedule:
The fee for the APSNA mailing list will be $300 for a one time use.

Sutureline is APSNA’s quarterly publication, delivered to all active members via e-mail (in downloadable, PDF format). It is also available to members for one year on our web site.

Sutureline ads may be ¼ page, ½ page or full page (standard letter size document). Please deliver the final ad in PDF format.
Fee Schedule:
The fees for Sutureline ads are as follows: $200 for ¼ page; $300 for ½ page; $500 for full page.
