Dear APSNA members:

Attached you will find the APSNA Bylaws with the most recent revisions.  This document clearly reflects the mission of the organization and effectively guides our structure and activities.  As our organization grows and changes, so will our bylaws.  The Board of Directors, in conjunction with all APSNA members, is charged with proactively keeping our bylaws current and dynamic.  Please review this document and make us aware of appropriate issues and proposed changes.

We welcome your ideas and feedback.  We strive to be a vibrant, goal-oriented organization that makes a difference in Pediatric Surgical Nursing.  Let us strive to spread our influence and work together for the best outcomes for our patients.
